Our facility is dedicated free of gluten, dairy, egg, soy, fish/shellfish, sesame, peanuts, and all tree nuts except coconut.

Are the products vegan?
We use Domino pure cane sugar in our products, which is not considered to be vegan. Additionally, the bread, rolls, buns, and graham crackers all use honey.
How are the products packaged?
The cinnamon coffee cake is sold in a 6x6 inch-baking pan, offering 9 portions. All other packages offer 6 servings.
How are the products to be stored?
All items are sold frozen to preserve freshness! Please keep all baked goods in their original sealed package and store them in the freezer until they are ready to be consumed.
What is the best way to serve the products?
To warm the icing, place the unopened packet/container in a bowl of warm water for 1 minute, stir, and enjoy! For the baked goods, simply warm them in a microwave for 20-40 seconds! Use caution when consuming any warm goods, as some spots may be very hot.
