Rolls - a dozen small or six large

We use our delicious bread recipe (rice and corn free) to make delicious, moist, tender dinner rolls in two sizes (small and large) and two “flavors” (regular and savory with rosemary, thyme and EVOO).

Ingredients: water, sorghum flour, potato starch, millet flour, arrowroot powder, tapioca starch, wild flower honey, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, yeast.
